Print Purchase Instructions:
Step #1- Complete the "Print Purchase Form" at the bottom of this page.
Step #2- Brian Stratton will contact you by within two days to confirm your order information and process your credit card information over
the phone.
Step #3- Print will arrive to you within four days after phone confirmation.
Payment Options:
~ Payments are processed by me over the phone (as a security feature). All credit card information is secure, and disposed of after order.
~ I accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express credit cards or debit cards.
Purchase Terms:
~ All Purchases are Final.
~ No returns are accepted (except for damaged merchandise....see below)
~ Any merchandise that arrives damaged must be documented by 3 digital photographs by the purchaser. The print must remain in its
original packaging. One overall picture and two detail pictures of the specific damage must be emailed to brian@brianstrattonart.com
Once pictures of damage is evaluated and confirmed, I will send out another print immediately.

Important Print Information:
1- All Prints are made on Kodak Professional Endura METALLIC Paper. This paper is acid-free and uses a proprietary combination of film
laminate layers that produce striking, three-dimensional, lasting images on an ultra-bright background. State-of-the-art image stability
(100 years in typical home display, 200 years in dark storage)
2- 20" x 30" Prints and 24" x 36" Prints will print exactly as you see on screen. 30" x 40" and 16" x 20" Prints will not print exactly as you
see on screen (this is due to cropping.....essentially, these two size require the photo to become more square. The height will remain
the same, but the length of the photo will be shortened. Some images may require "clipping" of the actual flower....this will occur if the
flower fills the photograph from left to right. Brian Stratton will notify the purchaser if the actual flower must be clipped, thus altering the
photograph significantly. * Brian Stratton reserves the right to crop the image as he sees fit, and to determine if the cropping will
significantly affect the overall composition of the photograph.
